The first time I laid eyes on Antonio was the first semester of our undergraduate year at the University of West Georgia. I remember thinking he was attractive but vowing not to be the first one to say anything. A few casual conversations led to studying together after class. As the semesters went by and we both transferred to different schools we remained friends that kept in contact occassionally. One day out of the blue a couple years later, Antonio called me to see how I was doing. After some casual conversation, he finally worked up the nerve to ask me out. On the day of our first date I became ill but decided to go along with the date anyways. I arrived for our date in a sweatshirt and sneakers while he was all dressed up! Needless to say, the date went well, he called me for a second date, and the rest is history. That first date gave me a preview of his kind and compassionate heart, which is one of the reasons that I feel in love with him. I can't wait to become Antonio's wife and I hope that you all will join us in celebrating our union.

After months of dating this amazing funny man, I knew he's the one. He caught me off guard when he popped the question at the strangest of all places (a goat ranch!) while doing the most unromantic thing (milking a goat!) and I said yes to my cheesy man :)
